I'd suggest Wessex Cardiff Penarth Road to a friend because the very friendly service and no pressure experience. When purchasing the car they couldn’t do enough to help even delivered it to my work place. Very good experience of buying a used Kia. Just as it should be.

I was happy with the service at Wessex Garages Mazda Bristol because - it was my first choice of garage as 2 previous cars were bought there and car serviced there. Clayton made me feel welcomed and at ease, esp as was stressful having to find another car in tight timescale. Process was smooth and actually enjoyed looking at both vehicles to decide which one. Relaxed and friendly atmosphere -it would be my first choice again next time I buy a car.

Sales agent was excellent, very professional and helpful and tried his very best to help but….
The dealership knowingly and dishonestly concealed damage to the windscreen AFTER I had inspected the vehicle. There was no mention of the potentially dangerous damage when I collected the car. I would expect this from some rouge back street trader but NOT from a main dealer. The damage has been repaired but is still visible and will always be a weak spot. Very disappointed.

The salesperson sold me a car that was best value for money

I would recommend Wessex Garages Nissan Cardiff to friends and family because the staff especially Christian were knowledgeable and extremely friendly with answering all queries I asked. As it was not a New car all slight faults were completed to a high standard. Received call 2 days after purchase just checking I was happy with the car.
