I'd recommend Hendy Ford Chichester to anyone because the staff were friendly,helpful and knowledgeable. Our salesman Guy was professional and listened to our needs and a vehicle applicable to them without any pushy sales techniques. We were given time to look around the vehicle on our own and Guy answered all our questions with satisfaction. A great experience.
The girls in the showroom offered us drinks whilst Guy finished preparations for our new car ☺️
My experience at Hendy Ford Chichester was very professional. As a disabled driver they were aware of my needs and did everything they could to get the car that met my requirements and had it adapted as necessary.

Nothing was too much trouble, he had a calm manner about him with no sales tactics or being pushy and explained everything in a detailed fashion that I needed to know or asked about.

My experience at Hendy Ford Chichester was cracking because the sales man was great the only big problem was sorting out the finance the company you us are terrible so much trouble trying to sort it out it took days and in the end I had to get help from the sale man it really put me off this amount of trouble was just not necessary I think you should change company.
I was very happy with my hole experience at Hendy ford from them finding me the perfect car down to the to get the car on the road and all the paperwork sorted no stress at all and complete peace of mind
